By accessing and using Pingbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pingbox provides a platform for creators to monetize their time and attention through paid messages, calls, and digital products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. pingbox cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payments and Fees

Pingbox charges a platform fee on reliable transactions. Fees are transparently displayed during the payout process. We define "successful transaction" as a completed service delivery confirmed by both parties or auto-confirmed after a set period.

5. Computed Content

You retain all rights to your content. However, you grant Pingbox a worldwide license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pingbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
